We deliver instructions based on the learning objectives and ask formative and summative questions to evaluate if the student has learned the concept. For those who do not answer correctly, lessons are delivered in another format – video or a simulation. The student is assessed again. This cycle continues until the student has achieved mastery of the topic or is identified for one-to-one intervention. IQera’s solution focuses on resource adaptability (instead of question adaptability) unique to every learner’s needs based on formative assessment results.

iQera’s Approach with AICE Diploma Courses
We use technology that brings teachers and students together. This feature is very helpful for students who are working at their own pace or if the class is flipped. This platform enables a teacher to view and monitor a student’s progress while completing a lesson and even during assessments in real-time. Teachers can monitor how the students are progressing. It alerts the teacher visually when a student is struggling due to a lack of understanding or motivation, so immediate intervention can happen. Students are also able to request help as needed, right through the platform or in person.
